Refund Policy

 

In certain circumstances where no work or expense has been incurred by Wenzhou Sanying Label Co., Ltd. or its agents, a full or partial refund may be extended to you. Such a refund will be adjusted to cover any fees charged for proofs or other services associated with the order. Wenzhou Sanying Label Co., Ltd. is not liable for damages or delays caused by shipping carriers. The postage cost for mailing projects cannot be refunded. Please refer to the shipping section below for further details.

Once Wenzhou Sanying Label Co., Ltd. begins production on your order, full refunds are usually not possible. Production typically commences after payment has been received, artwork files uploaded, and job proof(s) approved. Artwork uploaded after the proof has been approved may not be honored.

If a defect is found in your job that is the responsibility of Wenzhou Sanying Label Co., Ltd., we will reproduce the affected labels at our sole discretion at no additional cost to you. To request a replacement, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order and provide verification of the problem. Replacements requested more than 30 days after delivery may or may not be honored depending on the circumstances.

Upon verification of the defect, we will determine the appropriate course of action. We may request you to send the defective job back to us at your expense. If, in our judgment, replacing the order will not achieve a satisfactory outcome, Wenzhou Sanying Label Co., Ltd. may, at our discretion, elect to refund part or all of the original order cost.
